Baby looks spiffy in her darling summer sun suit and matching sunhat of white pique cotton fabric. The curved bodice attaches to the full skirt of the top with crisscross straps and a big tie sash. Contrasting blue embroidered berries, comprised of oodles of tiny French knots worked to form the basis of this precious embellishment. Bright green leaves worked in bullion stitch accent the berry stems. The sweetly shaped bodice is further enhanced with gathered ruffles of matching blue embroidery. Coordinating blue polka dot panties and a crisp summer bonnet, with matching embroidery, complete the size-2 ensemble. French knots were never easier (at last!) and bullions come together like magic when you share in the experience of this lesson.
