A blessed event such as the naming of a child deserves a special gown to celebrate the joyous occasion. Baby is resplendent in her elegant gown of white Swiss batiste generously gathered in tiny pin tucks at the neck edge and yoke, and beautifully adorned in shaped lace in a gored effect. The diagonal lines of the gores are accentuated with pastel pink lace strips, zigzagged and pin stitched into place and edged in fancy lace edging. Inside the gores, clusters of beautiful European-inspired embroidered flowers are lovingly executed in the finest Egyption cotton threads. Short puffed sleeves are bound and edged in lasce as well. Just precious!

The matching bonnet is a simple design,edged in lace and trimmed with lace shaping. Embroidery adorns the brim band and ribbon froufrou rosettes attach the ties to the bonnet's edge.

Kit includes Swiss batiste, lace tape, lace edging, entredeux, silk satin ribbon, buttons, Floche, needles. pattern, and detailed instructions. Kit contains white fabric with pink lace tape and Floche. Call or email for other color options.
