Payments

We accept several forms of payment for online shopping. Our secure e-commerce site allows you to choose the credit card of your choice. If you prefer, you may phone in your order and relay your credit card number to our representative when placing your order verbally or via fax. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks when ordering via USPS. Please post orders to:

Delivery and Processing--Domestic

Orders are shipped out M-F, holidays excluded. You will be notified if an order is delayed. If requested, additional fees apply for expedited shipping and mailing services. Please note orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday will be processed Monday.

Delivery and Processing-International

At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations when placing an order online. However you may have your purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1-504-891-1025. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries. International delivery charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, and value of the items ordered.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of undamaged, unopened, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price, with the following exceptions:

Cut Fabric-this applies to fabric you ordered that was cut off the bold specifically to order. Fabric purchased precut and packaged is returnable.

Books-the returning of printed copyrighted materials is strictly forbidden. Unless you have received the publication in error or damaged in transit, returns will not be honored.

Patterns-the returning of printed copyrighted materials is strictly forbidden.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 60 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please inform us in advance of your intensions, unless returns are made in person. Enclose a copy of your invoice with the item and ship prepaid and insured to:

Order Cancellations
Please order carefully. You may cancel any WSD order as long as the order has not been shipped. If your order has already been processed, a restocking fee may apply. Cut fabric cannot be cancelled. Please call 504-891-1025 or email orders@wendyschoen.com to determine order status. Please have your invoice number ready.

Embroidery Club Orders
Current members of Wendy's Embroidery Club receive a 15% discount on Wendy's publications, including Petite Poche Patterns, Heirloom Embroidery for Boys, Creating Heirlooms for Baby, My Favorite Designer Doll Clothes, and Embroidery Designs for Christmas. Discounts will be calculated at time of checkout.
